Cisco Webex Teams-Authentifizierung

Voraussetzungen

Je nach ausgewähltem Authentifizierungstyp benötigen Sie eine der folgenden Anmeldeinformationen:

• OAuth 2.0 Authorization code: OAuth Scope, the email and password associated with your Cisco account.
• Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app: client ID, client secret, scope.

OAuth-Geltungsbereich

Sie müssen die OAuth-Scopes für die regulären Benutzervorgänge angeben. Falls Sie Administrator-Scopes hinzufügen möchten, können Sie dies einfach in das Feld eingeben und dann auf Verbinden klicken.

Angenommen, Sie sind ein Administrator und möchten mit der Aktivität „ Benutzer einladen “ arbeiten. Beim Hinzufügen der Verbindung müssen Sie den spark-admin:people_write -Scope manuell im Feld OAuth-Scope eingeben.

Hinweis: Die Scopes müssen durch Leerzeichen getrennt werden.

Fügen Sie die Cisco Webex Teams-Verbindung hinzu

Um eine Verbindung mit Ihrer Cisco Webex Teams-Instanz herzustellen, müssen Sie die folgenden Schritte ausführen:

1. Wählen Sie Integration Service from Automation Cloud aus.

2. From the Connectors list, select Cisco Webex Teams. You can also use the search bar to narrow down the connector.

3. Select the Connect to Cisco Webex Teams button.

4. You can choose between two authentication types: OAuth 2.0 Authorization code or Bring your own OAuth 2.0 app.

5. Enter the required credentials for your preferred authentication method and select Connect.
