# About the Snowflake Cortex connector

> Integration Service connector for Snowflake Cortex in Automation Suite, providing agentic AI orchestration across structured and unstructured data sources using Cortex Analyst and Cortex Search.

Cortex Agents orchestrate across both structured and unstructured data sources to deliver
insights. They plan tasks, use tools to execute these tasks, and generate responses.
Agents use Cortex Analyst (structured) and Cortex Search (unstructured) as tools, along
with LLMs, to analyze data.

This integration is only available for workflows created in UiPath Maestro<sup>TM</sup>,
using the **Start and Wait for External Agent** action.

This connector facilitates interactions with Cortex Agents. This
feature is subject to a time limit, the final response from a Cortex Agent must arrive
at UiPath within 90 seconds. This is a limitation of the current versions.

## Authentication

Before automating processes, you need to establish a connection with your Snowflake

## Events

This connector does not currently support events.

## Activity package

You can use the connection to interact with a Snowflake Cortex agent in an agentic
