## Salesforce configuration

To use this connector, you must first follow the steps described in [Salesforce setup for the Agentforce & Flows connector](https://docs.uipath.com/integration-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/salesforce-setup-for-the-agentforce--flows-connector#salesforce-setup-for-the-agentforce-%26amp%3B-flows-connector).

## Authentication

You must establish a connection with your Salesforce Agentforce & Flows instance.

## Events

The Salesforce Agentforce & Flows connector supports events via polling. For
details, refer to [Salesforce AgentForce & Flows events](https://docs.uipath.com/integration-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/uipath-salesforce-agent-events).

The supported events are available only in Maestro.

## Activity package

You can use the connection to enable the following Salesforce AgentForce & Flows
activities:

* End Session
* Execute Salesforce Agent
* Insert Record
* Delete Record
