Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) can be enabled to make your UiPath Process Mining application more secure. Two-Factor Authentication is an additional verification check to secure UiPath Process Mining accounts for unauthorized access.
2 要素認証を有効化する
By default, Two-Factor Authentication is not enabled for your UiPath Process Mining installation. Consult your UiPath Process Mining contact if you want to set up Two-Factor Authentication for your UiPath Process Mining application.
Google Authenticator
他の認証アプリケーションも機能しますが、UiPath Process Mining での 2 要素認証では、Google Authenticator がサポートされています。
2 要素認証を使用したエンドユーザー ログイン
When users log in to their UiPath Process Mining application they must enter a verification code generated on another device, for example with Google Authenticator.

エンドユーザーの管理
2 要素認証が有効な場合は、[UiPath Process Mining End-user administration] ページに、定義済みのユーザーのステータスを示す列が表示されます。
以下の画像でご確認ください。
各ステータスの説明を以下に示します。
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Enabled | The end user has successfully finished the setup of Two-Factor Authentication for his account and must use verification code with every log in. |
| Pending | The user has not finished the set up yet. When pointing your mouse on Pending, the remaining timeframe for this end user is displayed. |
| Expired | he period to set up Two-Factor Authentication has expired. The end user cannot log in to UiPath Process Mining anymore. The activation period for this end user must be reset. |
アクティベーション期間をリセットする
2 要素認証が有効な場合、エンドユーザーは 7 日間の期間内に、認証アプリを UiPath Process Mining アカウントに接続することができます。この期間を過ぎると、エンドユーザーはログインできなくなります。その場合、エンドユーザーはサーバー管理者に連絡してアクティベーション期間をリセットしてもらう必要があります。
エンドユーザー用のアクティベーション期間をリセットするには、以下の手順に従います。

| 1 | Go to the Superadmin Releases tab. |
| 2 | Click on the menu icon in the top-left and select Open end-user administration…. |
| 3 | Click on OPEN. |
| 4 | Click on the reset icon in the Two-Factor Authentication column for the user for whom you want to reset the activation period. |
注
認証アプリの接続に既に成功しているエンドユーザーのアクティベーション期間をリセットする場合は、この操作によってリンクがリセットされます。ユーザーは認証をもう一度設定する必要があります。
