There are four filters available from where you can specify the **time range**, **machine name**, **host name** and **machine type**.

To use any of the filters, select the desired filter and pick one of the options available from the drop-down list. Select **Refresh** and the requested data is displayed. A time-stamp also shows you when data was last updated.

The **Unattended** and **Attended** widget, displays the **Total job duration** and **Avg Robot Utilization** in total hours. Jobs outside of the time range are also included in total job duration.

The **Machine details** table shows details as: **Host name**, **Template name**, **Status**, **Used by process**, **Runtime assigned**, **Error count**, **Utilization (Average Hours)**, and **Machine type**.

**Machine availability timeline** shows you the hostnames associated with the machines templates and the exact status the machine is in. The statuses are: **available**, **disconnected**, **in use**, **unresponsive**.

**Machine by utilization** and **Machines with top errors** gives you and overview of the machines that are most used and the machines that had the most errors while processing data.

**Jobs failures by reason** is the section from where you can check the number of errors and the reason of failure. For an in-depth data, you can group by machine, process, and robot name. After selecting the group method, you can sort them from A to Z or Z to A using the arrows near the column name title.

:::note
Enhanced monitoring machines are tenant-scoped, while jobs and queues are folder-scoped. This means that when navigating into a specific folder, you will still see all machines in the tenant, not just those associated with the folder.
