#### Folder Permissions Data Restrictions

You can now choose to enable a tenant-level setting that restricts the data that Insights users can access based on the folders they have access to in Orchestrator. Use this feature to make sure that users are only able to view data that is relevant to them.

#### Cross-Tenant Template

The **Cross-Tenant** template now includes a new visualization named **Jobs** Info that is found at the top of the dashboard. This visualization captures the number of processes that have been executed, the success rate, the Total Suspended Time, the Average Run Time without Suspended Time, and the Longest Job Duration that includes Suspended Time.

### Improvements

#### Business ROI Template Updated to Subtract Suspended Time

The Business ROI template now subtracts the time a job spent in the Suspended state from every visualization on the dashboard to support Long Running Workflows.

#### Processes Template

The Processes template now includes a new visualization named **Jobs Info** that is found at the top of the dashboard. This visualization captures the number of processes that have been executed, the success rate, the Total Suspended Time, the Average Run Time without Suspended Time, and the Longest Job Duration that includes Suspended Time.

#### Robots and Machines Cross- Tenant Template

The **Robots Cross-Tenant Template** name has been changed to **Robots and Machines** to align with the tenant-level template and better reflect reporting on modern folders. We have also subtracted the time in the Suspended state from all of the unattended metrics captured on this dashboard, with the exception of **Today's Utilization**. This widget is dependent on exact timestamps that are not compatible yet with jobs in the Suspended state.
