# Prerequisites

> Administrator access to your Automation Cloud or Test Cloud organization, required before you set up Test Manager.

Administrator access is needed for the setup steps that follow: enabling the service, allocating licenses, and connecting Studio. To get started with Test Manager, you need access to your cloud-platform (Automation Cloud or Test Cloud) organization as an administrator.
