### Deprecation of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 machine images for Cloud Robots - VM

The Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 standard machine images for Automation Cloud Robots - VM are deprecated.

You can continue to select these images when you create a new pool until January 31, 2027. After this date, new pools no longer support Windows 10 or Windows Server 2019.

If you have existing pools that use these images, migrate them to a supported image as soon as possible, and no later than April 30, 2027. Support for pools that use these images ends after this date. Use the following images:

* For **Windows Server** pools, Windows Server 2025.
* For **Windows Desktop** pools, Windows 11 Enterprise.

To migrate a pool, see [Running unattended automations using cloud robots - VM](https://docs.uipath.com/robot/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/running-unattended-automations-using-cloud-robots-vm). The new image applies only to newly provisioned VMs, so existing VMs keep their current image until you replace them.

This deprecation does not restrict customized machine images. If your customized images are based on Windows 10 or Windows Server 2019, we recommend that you upgrade them to a supported operating system version as soon as possible.
