# Organization level consumption

> Organization-level AI Unit consumption dashboard showing how much each tenant consumes, for monitoring across the organization.

This **Organization level AI Unit consumption** dashboard displays an overview of the number of AI units that each tenant consumes. ## Filters

The following table explains how to use the dashboard filters:

         Presets - Select a specific time period to review the usage of AI Units. 
         Custom - Manually enter a specific time period to review the usage of AI Units.

    Select a specific tenant to review the usage of AI Units. By default, all tenants are listed in the dashboard. 
  
 

## Dashboards

The **Organization level AI Unit consumption** dashboard is composed of the following views:

* **Organization level consumption overview**
* **Organization level API Key consumption**

The following table describes the columns of the **Organization level consumption overview** dashboard:

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Tenant name** | The name of the tenant. |
| **Tenant Id** | The ID of tenant. |
| **AI units consumed from tenant** | The number of AI Units consumed from the tenant pool, in case you have allocated AI Units to that specific tenant. |
| **AI units consumed from organization** | The number of AI Units consumed from the organization pool. |
| **Insights dashboard** | Select to navigate directly to the specific Insights dashboard for this tenant. Here, you will find a detailed view of the AI Units consumption. |

The following table describes the columns of the **Organization level API Key consumption** dashboard:

| Column | Description |
|--------|-------------|
| **Robot Tenant Name** | The name of the tenant where the robot runs. |
| **Robot Tenant Id** | The ID of the tenant where the robot runs. |
| **Automation Name** | The workflow name for RPA automations and AppId available when configuring the External Application. Reported as Unknown for old activities and Robot versions.**Note:** Make sure to upgrade your packages to benefit from the latest data reporting features. |
| **Project Name** | The name of the IXP project, Communications Mining or Unstructured documents. |
| **AI Units** | The number of AI Units consumed. |

## Metrics

The following table describes the metrics for the **Organization level AI Unit consumption** dashboard:

| Metrics | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Organization level consumption overview** | The total number of consumed AI Units, counted from the start date and split per tenant. |
| **Organization level API key consumption** | AI Unit consumption occurring at the organization level, resulting from automations using API Keys as an authentication method. |
