Generate an issues email

Generate and send an AI-drafted email summarizing a loan's QC issues to the loan officer from the loan detail view in Quality Control.

After reviewing a loan, you can generate an AI-drafted email summarizing its issues and send it to the loan officer. The email is editable before sending.

Prerequisites

• You are a member of the Business User Group and have access to the Quality Control application.
• The loan has issues recorded in its review.

Steps

1. On the loan detail view, select Generate email.
2. In the Generate email dialog, review the content in the Subject and Email fields.
3. Edit the subject or body as needed.
4. To copy the content without sending, select Copy next to the Subject or Email field.
5. Select Send email to send the message, or Close to close without sending.

Result: If mailbox integration is configured, the email is sent to the loan officer. If not, use the Copy buttons to paste the content into your own email client.
