Add a loan

Add a loan to the Quality Control (QA/QC) queue by uploading its document package and assigning a reviewer.

This task applies for a workflow where documents are manually uploaded. In most cases, loans enter the processing queue automatically via RPA integrations and no manual upload is required.

Prerequisites

• You are a member of the Business User Group and have access to the QA/QC application.
• You have the loan number and closing date for the loan you want to add.
• You have the document package for the loan available as PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or ZIP files.
• A reviewer account exists in the system to assign the loan to.

Steps

1. On the homepage, select the Loans tab.
2. Select Add loan.
3. In the Add loan dialog, fill in the mandatory fields, plus any optional fields that apply.
4. Select Add loan.

Result: The loan is added and QC processing begins automatically. The loan appears in the Loans applications table while the agent classifies and evaluates the uploaded documents.
