### Link automations to process steps and roll up their benefit

You can now link an idea or automation to an individual step of a business process model, and choose whether the estimated benefit of that automation counts toward the benefit of the parent process. Linked automations are listed on the new **Linked Automations** tab of the business process, alongside the combined totals for hours saved per year, monetary benefit per year, and full-time equivalents.

Because the choice belongs to each link, an automation reused across more than one process is not counted repeatedly at organization level. Where a user lacks view rights to one of the contributing automations, the totals are withheld rather than shown as a partial sum. For details, see [Rolled-up benefit](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/rolled-up-benefit) and [Linking an automation to a process step](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/linking-an-automation-to-a-process-step).

### Rolled-up benefit columns in Workspace

Three columns are now available in the **Workspace** lists: **Rolled up benefit (hours saved/year)**, **Rolled up benefit (currency/year)**, and **Rolled up benefit (FTEs)**. They can be added from the **Columns** control, and the **Sort** dropdown now includes three matching options, so you can compare business processes by total rolled-up benefit and prioritize the ones to send for implementation. For details, see [Column Information](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/automation-pipeline-column-information).

### Node background colors in the process model editor

You can now set a background color for a node in the process model editor, for example to mark the steps that are subject to audit. The color is stored in the process model itself, so it also appears when the model is opened in Studio Web. For details, see [Creating and editing process models](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/creating-and-editing-process-models).

### Bug fixes

- Resolved an issue where deleting a row from a tabular section of an assessment and saving without any other changes did not remove the row.

### Upload and preview Markdown process documents

You can now upload `.md` files as process documents. Additionally, the document preview modal renders `.md` files, including headings, lists, links, tables, task lists, and fenced code blocks. For details, see [Documentation](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/adding-documentation-to-the-idea-profile#add-file).

### View-only permissions for Users and Roles

You can now assign **View the Users** and **View the User Roles** permissions to a custom role, giving read-only access to the Users and Roles pages without the ability to add, edit, or delete. For details, see [Creating a New User Role](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/creating-a-new-user-role) and [Role Description and Matrix](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/roles-description-and-matrix#administrative).

### Select all Automation Areas for an application

When adding or editing an application in the IT Application Inventory, you can now select all Automation Areas at once instead of selecting them individually. For details, see [App Inventory](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/setting-up-and-managing-the-app-inventory).

### Bug fixes

- Resolved an issue where entering a valid Automation ID when submitting an idea could incorrectly report it as already in use.
