While using the Document Understanding framework, usage and performance data are being collected to help diagnose issues and respond in a timely manner to customer support requests.

Depending on the type of license used to perform the operations, specific, different legal agreements are in place for the **Document Understanding Community** and **Document Understanding Enterprise** users.

All **Document Understanding Community** legal requirements of data sharing/handling are covered by the [Community Agreement](https://www.uipath.com/hubfs/legalspot/Legal%20Terms/UiPath_Community_Agreement.pdf), while the ones for **Document Understanding Enterprise** are covered by the Master Software and Service Agreement (MSSA).

[UiPath Data Residency](https://docs.uipath.com/overview-guide/docs/data-residency-cloud) policy is the place where you can find all regions where UiPath Automation Cloud<sup>TM</sup> and our cloud services can be hosted, depending on your licensing plan and region preference.
