Org Admins and Tenant Administrators can now configure whether Document Understanding Unit consumption stops when a tenant reaches its allocation. ### Bug fixes

**Empty field groups excluded from taxonomy and extraction results**

Document Understanding extraction now filters out empty field groups and empty field group instances before sending results to Action Center and Validation Station.

The following cases are excluded:

* A field group defined in the taxonomy with no child fields is not included in the taxonomy or extraction result.
* A field group instance where all child field values are empty is not included in the extraction result.

Field group instances where at least one child field has a value are unaffected. This change prevents empty artifacts from appearing in Validation Station, reducing noise during human review.
