# Removing users and groups

> Remove one or more users or groups from a project to revoke their access to its artifacts.

Remove multiple users or groups from a project at once from the Manage Access tab in Project Settings. You can use the column header checkbox to select all rows at once.

## Steps

1. Open Test Manager in Automation Cloud<sup>TM</sup>.
2. Open a project.
3. Navigate to **Project Settings** &gt; **Manage Access**.
4. Select the users or groups that you want to remove. Alternatively, you can select the checkbox in the column header to select all objects.
5. Select **Remove users/groups**.
6. Confirm your action.

## Result

The selected users and groups no longer have access to the project's artifacts.
