# Enabling live streaming and remote control

> Enable live streaming and remote control for a test set or a test execution.

Turn on live streaming or remote control for the test set or test execution you want to watch or control. Both capabilities are disabled by default.

## Prerequisites

* The **TestSets.Edit** permission in your Test Manager role.
* A Virtual Network Computing (VNC) viewer installed on your machine. For details, see [Install a VNC viewer on your machine](https://docs.uipath.com/orchestrator/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/live-streaming-and-remote-control).

## Steps

1. Open the test set or the test execution.
2. Go to the **Configuration** tab for a test set, or to the **Settings** tab for a test execution.
3. (Optional) To capture a live stream of the test execution, select the **Enable Live Streaming** toggle.
4. (Optional) To control the running test execution remotely, set the **Allow Remote Control** option to **Enable**.

## Result

Live streaming or remote control is enabled for the test set or test execution.
