# Showing or hiding the menu

> Process app menu visibility in Process Mining on Automation Suite can be toggled using the hide and show icons, with the menu displayed by default on app open.

When you open a process app, the menu is displayed by default.

Follow this step to hide the menu.

1. Select the **hide**![hide](https://dev-assets.cms.uipath.com/assets/images/process-mining/process-mining-hide-379392-3266f2de-46e5a21f.webp) icon.

The menu is hidden and the icon is changed to the **show**![show](https://dev-assets.cms.uipath.com/assets/images/process-mining/process-mining-show-379396-ea1b586a-5078b9bd.webp) icon.

Follow this step to show the menu.

1. Select the **show** icon.

The menu is expanded.
