# Sources

> Sources tab in the Administration page of Communications Mining, where users can view and manage all sources available in their projects on Automation Cloud.

You must have assigned the **IXP Viewer** or **IXP Analyst** roles as an Automation Cloud user, or the **View sources** permission as a legacy user, to view sources.

To view all sources available in your projects, select the **Sources** tab in the **Administration** page.

You can add sources through the platform API. For more details, check the [API tutorial](https://docs.uipath.com/communications-mining/automation-cloud/latest/developer-guide/api-tutorial) page. In addition, you can upload `.csv` files to the source as well.

Although sources are part of the IXP **Administration** page, they are specific to Communications Mining™ projects.
:::

Each source card includes the following details:

* The source title. If you do not provide a title beforehand, the source title field can display the project name instead.
* The project the source belongs to, and the source name in the format `project/name`.
* The datasets the source is connected to.
* The source language.
* When the source was last changed. Hover over the source to check when it was created.
