# Perplexity events

> Polling event supported by the Perplexity connector in Integration Service, which fires when an asynchronous chat job completes or fails.

The Perplexity connector supports the [Completed Asynchronous Chat Job](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/integration-service/uipath-perplexity-perplexity-completed-asynchronous-chat-job) event via polling. The event fires when an asynchronous chat job started by the **Generate Async Chat Completion** activity completes or fails.

All events are automatically accessible under the **Wait for an Event and Resume** activity for your long-running workflows. Event polling is performed every five minutes, by default. The polling interval is configurable. For details, refer to the [Triggers](https://docs.uipath.com/integration-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/triggers#triggers) documentation.
