### What's New

#### Insights Data Retention Policy

We are excited to announce the new Insights Data Retention Policy. UiPath only retains data necessary to effectively conduct its program activities and work in fulfilment of its mission. By default, data is deleted after 2 years. You can extend the data retention policy in order to satisfy compliance mandates and run dashboards on more historical data if needed.

#### Onboard notifications inside Automation Cloud™

You can now keep the users of your organizations in the loop with notifications sent across tenants and services about events specific to Insights. ### Improvements

* You can now open an idea in Automation Hub straight from the dashboard anywhere the Idea name dimension is used..
* If you disable or delete Automation Hub from a tenant, the integration between Insights and Automation Hub is now removed as well.

## 14 June

### Improvements

* You can now view scheduled delivery reports. Schedules are user-specific and can only be viewed by the user that created them in the **Schedule/Alert Settings** section.
* The Robotlog dashboard color gradient and range is adjusted for an improved user experience.

## When Can I See These Changes?

The date when a change is first announced in the release notes is the date when it first becomes available.

If you don't see the change yet, you can expect to see it soon, after we roll out changes to all the regions.
