# Exploring the user interface

> Data Fabric / Data Service is available in your UiPath<sup>®</sup> organization as a tenant-level service that must be enabled. For step by step instrustions, refer to [Enabling Data Fabric / Data Service](https://docs.uipath.com/data-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/enabling-the-data-service#enabling-the-service). Once you enable the service, the Data Fabric / Data Service icon appears in the left rail.

Data Fabric / Data Service is available in your UiPath<sup>®</sup> organization as a tenant-level service that must be enabled. Once you enable the service, the Data Fabric / Data Service icon appears in the left rail.

Objects created in Data Fabric / Data Service are referred to as **Entities**.

The header displays the following options:

1. The [**API Access**](https://docs.uipath.com/data-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/api-access#api-access) icon - opens the API access wizard, from where you can copy the OpenAPI link, or download the JSON file.
2. The **[Manage Access](https://docs.uipath.com/data-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/managing-access#managing-access)** icon - opens the **Administration** page, where you can assign or create Data Fabric / Data Service roles.
3. The [**Manage Choice Sets**](https://docs.uipath.com/data-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/choice-sets#choice-sets) button - opens the **Choice Sets** page, where you can create and manage choice sets.
4. The **[Create New Entity](https://docs.uipath.com/data-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/creating-an-entity#creating-an-entity)** button - opens the **Create Entity** panel.
5. The **Search** bar - helps you find a particular entity.
6. The **[Import/Export](https://docs.uipath.com/data-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/schema-export-and-import#schema-export-and-import)** drop-down - allows you to either import an entity schema, or to export the entity schema.
7. The **[Use in Studio](https://docs.uipath.com/data-service/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/importing-entities#importing-entities-in-studio)** button - open the documentation page with details on how to import entities in Studio.
8. The **Refresh** button - refreshes the current list of entities.

The option to switch the language preference is available from the user menu.
