## Searching for Materials

To search for materials, use the **Search here** bar, inside the **Knowledge Base** section.

To navigate to the **Knowledge Base** section, click [here](https://customerportal.uipath.com/knowledge-base).

## Searching for Articles

To search for articles, use the **Search here** bar, inside the **Technical Solution Articles** section.

To navigate to the **Technical Solution Articles** section, click [here](https://customerportal.uipath.com/support/knowledge-base).

## Searching for Products

To search for specific products and versions, use the **Search here** bar, inside the **Product Downloads** section.

## Sorting Products

You can sort products inside the **Product Downloads** section, based on **Recently Created** and **Recently Updated** products.

To sort products, click the downward arrow ![](https://dev-assets.cms.uipath.com/assets/images/customer-portal/customer-portal-image-downward_arrow_sorting_products_customer_portal-01a025d5-87ec6b96.png) next to **Sort By** and click a sorting option.

## Downloading Products

To download a product:

1. Go to the **Product Downloads** section.
2. Hover over a product frame and click the downward arrow ![docs image](https://dev-assets.cms.uipath.com/assets/images/customer-portal/customer-portal-docs-image-downward_arrow_customer_portal-9b90180a-44b7b869.png).
3. Click the download ![docs image](https://dev-assets.cms.uipath.com/assets/images/customer-portal/customer-portal-docs-image-download_icon_customer_portal-30477dd8-da410f12.png) icon next to the version of the product that you want to download.

## Accessing Release Notes

To access the Release Notes for a product:

1. Go to the **Product Downloads** section.
2. Hover over a product frame and click the downward arrow ![docs image](https://dev-assets.cms.uipath.com/assets/images/customer-portal/customer-portal-docs-image-downward_arrow_customer_portal-9b90180a-44b7b869.png).
3. Click **Release Notes** next to the version of the product that you are interested in.
