April 2024
Communications Mining is now deployed in our Japan availability region. You can now create Communications Mining tenants in the Japan region.
Communications Mining services are available in multiple locations worldwide, dispersed across various global regions to offer coverage to our customers around the world. To learn more about the available tenant regions and the services offered in each region, explore our resources on Data residency.
- A label is now shown as disabled in the UI, if the confidence threshold is set to 100%. By setting the threshold to 100%, you won't see any predictions for the labels in the stream response. For more information, check the Create a stream page.
Fixed an issue that caused improper serialization of user properties when converting
comment
objects to JSON.
- Improved the dataset creation feature, allowing you to copy taxonomies from other datasets and create sources and projects simultaneously as required.
- The Copy taxonomy functionality was renamed to Duplicate. You can find it in the individual dataset, from the Datasets page.
- New attachment properties for messages, particularly emails, can be filtered in the UI. The attachment properties simplify
the identification of document processing workflow opportunities with Communications Mining.
These properties include:
- Has Attachment (Yes/No)
- Number of attachments
- Attachment Size (Mb)
- Total Attachment Size (Mb)
- Attachment Name Includes - offers a fuzzy search feature.
Check the Filtering Reports page to find out more.
- Dashboard cards, previously added from Dataset settings, are now on the Dashboard page, and can be enabled for any selected dashboard.
