The Audit Logs page, accessible through the Audit Logs menu item, displays the audit trail for actions performed by all users in your UiPath Cloud Platform organization.
Accessing the Audit Logs page requires your user to have Organization Owner or Organization Admin role.
The data in the Audit Logs page can be filtered by several criteria, namely Category, User, Action, and Time. Click Filter to enable filtering.
The Category filter enables you to display the logged information that fits into one of the following categories:
- License Management
- Login Information
- Service Users
- Organization Settings
- ML Services License.
The User filter allows you to display the changes performed by the selected user. The filter lists all the current or deleted users of the account.
The Action filter contains the following actions that the Audit Logs page displays details about:
- License Addition Request
- Accept Invite.
The Time filter allows you to display the actions performed within one of the following predefined time periods:
- Last hour
- Last week
- Last 30 days
- Last 60 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 180 days.
You can download and retain the logs for the company's specific audit requirements. All information from the Audit Logs page can be downloaded locally as a
.csv file by clicking the Download button.
.csv file's name contains a timestamp that indicates the time when the audit log was downloaded. The exported entries are in reverse chronological order.
Keep in mind that we limit the download to the top 5000 log entries, ordered by their creation date.
Further information about an event can be displayed by clicking the Detailed Info icon next to the desired event. The Audit Data window opens with detailed information about the selected event.
The Audit Data window's content is specific to the selected event's category.
