## Bug fixes

- Fixed an issue where `uipcli package deploy` failed with an `Index was out of range` error when the `-o` / `--organizationUnit` parameter was omitted. A library is now deployed to the tenant feed, while a process package stops with a clear message because a folder is still required to create one — see [Deploying a package to Orchestrator](../user-guide/deploying-a-package-to-orchestrator.md).
- Fixed an issue where `uipcli test run` could fail while a test set was still being created on Test Manager. Test set creation and execution are now asynchronous, and retries of failed or cancelled test cases use a dedicated endpoint.
