## Failure to upload policies

### Description

In certain conditions, you can experience issues when uploading a modern StudioX policy generated from Studio Desktop 23.10/24.4
to Governance (StudioX template 23.10).

### Solution

To avoid the upload issues, follow these steps:

1. Make sure that on the **Design** tab, the correct configuration option is selected for **Use “Smart File Paths”** parameter.

2. Make sure that on the **Team** tab, the correct configuration option is selected for **Allow saving a project locally** parameter.

3. Make sure that on the **Workflow Analyzer** tab, you delete the WFA rule with an empty ID. Also, make sure to edit the parameter section for `UI-DBP-030`.
