The Automation Hub Guide

Starting as the first tenant’s user (System Admin)

As a System Admin, you have access to everything from the platform modules.

  1. After successfully logging in, you as a System Admin will access the Admin Console.
  2. To start the tenant development, the user accounts need to be set up by accessing the Manage Users module. Then you will:

• Access the People module;
• Click Add User.
• Complete the Add User Form.
• Click Save.


The first accounts to be created should be the Program Manager and the Submitters.

You can help the Program Manager build and maintain the tenant structure or get involved in all the other automation-related projects by accessing any of the below options:

Setup the Platform;
Idea management: submit and curate;
Automation management;
Manage Components;
• View Dashboards information.
