As soon as a new component or a new version of a published component is uploaded, the below flow is initiated. Any Component Curator from the company can start the curation process by accessing Admin Console > Manage Components and choosing between the following lists:
- In Review: contains new components or new versions for already published components for which the curation process was initiated by another user.
- Submitted: contains new components or new versions for already published components for which the curation process was not yet initiated.
Note:
The Curation process can be completed by a System Admin or a Component Curator.
Once the process is initiated the component goes through the following investigations:
- Security Checks
- Functionality Testing
- Content Curation
- Documentation Curation
