# Starting as a Program Manager

> Program Manager role in Automation Hub: managing the Automation Pipeline to prioritize ideas and drive RPA implementation decisions on Automation Suite 2024.10.

After successfully logging in, you, as a **Program Manager**, need to access **Workspace** > [Automation Pipeline](https://docs.uipath.com/automation-hub/automation-suite/2024.10/user-guide/automation-pipeline#automation-pipeline) in order to decide what ideas should progress in the implementation phases. Furthermore, you can check out and edit any information from the page as well as assign implementation teams for the shared ideas.

You are encouraged to **Share Ideas** and **upload Components** that will boost the company’s RPA assimilation.
