# Customize Workspace Filters

> The **Customize Workspace Filters** page lets administrators control which Phase and Status values appear in the workspace filter dropdowns. Hiding values that are not relevant to your organization reduces noise in the filter UI without removing the underlying data.

The **Customize Workspace Filters** page lets administrators control which Phase and Status values appear in the workspace filter dropdowns. Hiding values that are not relevant to your organization reduces noise in the filter UI without removing the underlying data.

**Required permission**: Customize idea flows (Account Owner, System Admin)

To access it, go to **Admin Console** > **Customize** > **Customize workspace filters**.

## Filter types

The left navigation rail lets you switch between filter types:

* **Phase** — controls which Phase values are available in workspace filter dropdowns.
* **Status** — controls which Status values are available in workspace filter dropdowns.

## Show or hide individual values

Each filter type page organizes values into two groups:

* **Visible** — values currently shown in workspace filter dropdowns.
* **Hidden** — values currently hidden from workspace filter dropdowns.

To change the visibility of a value, select the checkbox next to it and use the **Hide** or **Unhide** action. A confirmation dialog appears before any change is applied.

## Bulk actions

To hide or unhide multiple values at once:

1. Select the checkboxes next to the values you want to update.
2. Select **Hide selected** or **Unhide selected**.
3. Confirm in the dialog that appears.
