* **Change request** > **Edit mode:** The Detailed Assessment values were not reset if **Start fresh** option was selected and the confirmation message was successful.

* **Admin Console > Manage Access > Assign Roles:** The group level roles were not visible in the Downloaded CSV file for users with the default **Automation Hub** roles assigned.
* **Orchestrator Package Picker** from **Execution Assessment** was not showing certain packages that user had access in **UiPath Orchestrator**.
