Introducing Elastic Robot Orchestration
Elastic Robot Orchestration is now available for Automation Cloud Public Sector, enabling government organizations to automatically scale unattended robots in the cloud while maintaining control and compliance.
With Elastic Robot Orchestration, UiPath can dynamically provision and manage virtual machines on your behalf, within parameters that you define. You retain control over scaling policies while benefiting from automated performance optimization.
Key capabilities include:
- Automatic scaling of unattended robots based on workload demand.
- Configurable limits on the maximum number of machines.
- Optimization modes for speed, cost, or balanced performance.
Elastic Robot Orchestration supports AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. Organizations can either provide their own virtual machines or use a generalized VM image that allows UiPath to automatically create and manage machines as needed.
For more information, refer to Elastic Robot Orchestration.

Introducing the license migration wizard
Admins can now use the License Migration wizard to simplify the process of moving from the Flex licensing plan to Unified Pricing. The wizard provides an intuitive interface to view active Flex licenses, map them to Unified licenses, update user and group assignments, and complete the required migration steps.
For details, refer to Reassigning user licenses in Unified Pricing.
Bulk license allocation to groups and users
The Licenses section of your Admin dashboard has several functional improvements:
- You can select multiple groups or users using checkboxes.
- You can bulk-edit license allocations to groups and users using the new Edit licenses allocation option.
- You can deallocate licenses from one or multiple groups or users using the No licenses option.
- Warning icons next to user or group names indicate that they have overallocated licenses. To resolve this issue, edit the license allocation rule and select one of the available license types.
For more details, refer to the Bulk-editing license allocation for groups / users.

New Identity APIs for organization access and authorization rules
We are introducing new platform APIs that allow organization administrators to manage organization access policies and authorization rules.
The Rule and Access restriction policies enable organizations to centrally control access to organizations and define SAML provisioning rules through code, making it easier to automate governance, enforce security policies, and integrate access management into existing administrative workflows.
With this release, organization administrators can:
- Retrieve and update organization access policies for users and groups.
- Create, update, and delete authorization rules that control access and permissions within organizations.
- Automate access management using secure, role-based APIs.
