# Creating the policy

> Create an Assistant Web governance policy from the Automation Ops Governance Policies tab.

To create a policy for Assistant Web:

1. Go to **Automation Ops > Governance > Policies** tab.
2. Select **Add Product Policy**.
3. From the **Product** list, select **Assistant Web**, and provide a name for the new policy.
4. Select **Add**.
