## Known issue - Added: March 13, 2024

In some edge cases, it is possible that a single Salesforce event triggers the creation of duplicated queue items.

If your process requires queue item unicity, enable the **Enforce unique references** parameter when [creating your queue](https://docs.uipath.com/orchestrator/automation-cloud/latest/user-guide/managing-queues-in-orchestrator#creating-a-queue).

Introduced a UiPath Auth provider in order to connect the Salesforce Add-in to the UiPath platform by using Application Scopes (External Apps). This prevents the expiration of refresh tokens and the resulting issue of required re-authentication after 60 days.

The Salesforce Add-in now includes a new authentication option: **Named Credentials**.
