# On a Schedule

> Use **On a Schedule** for automations such as daily reports, scheduled tasks, or recurring automations.

To start the process at a specific time and interval:

1. Right-click on the **Manual Trigger** or **On App Trigger** canvas element.
2. Select **Change Type**.
3. Choose **On a Schedule**. This sets the **Time Trigger** activity on the canvas element.
4. In the properties panel of the **Time Trigger** activity, configure when the process should start executing.
