### Breaking change

Starting with the 3.0.0 release of the Credentials activity package, support for the.NET 4.6.1 framework has been discontinued. As a result, this and all subsequent package versions cannot be used for Windows-Legacy projects. Restrict package usage to Windows or cross-platform projects exclusively.

Package versions released before this date continue to support.NET 4.6.1 as per [the following deprecation timeline](https://docs.uipath.com/overview/other/latest/overview/deprecation-timeline#upcoming-removals).
