# Move Rows

`UiPath.Smartsheet.Activities.Rows.MoveRows`

Uses the Smartsheet [Move Rows to Another Sheet](https://smartsheet-platform.github.io/api-docs/?csharp#move-rows-to-another-sheet) API to move an existing row to a different sheet.

## How it works

The following steps are an example of how the activity works from design time (i.e., the activity dependencies and input/output properties) to run time.

1. Complete the [Setup](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-setup) steps.
2. Add the [Smartsheet Application Scope](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-scope) activity to your project.
3. Add the **Move Rows** activity inside the **Smartsheet Application Scope** activity.
4. Create and enter values for the [Input](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-move-rows#move-rows) properties.
5. Create and enter values for [Output](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-move-rows#move-rows) properties.
6. Create and enter an `ResponseStatus` variable for the [Output](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-move-rows#move-rows) property.

## In the Body of the Activity

* **Sheet Id** - The Id of the sheet to move rows from. Enter a `Int64` or `Int64` variable.
* **Destination Sheet ID** - The Id of the sheet to move rows to. Enter a `Int64` or `Int64` variable.
* **Row Ids** - The Ids of the rows to move from the source sheet. Enter a `Int64[]` or `Int64[]` variable. A value must be present for either the Rows or Row Data properties.
* **Includes** - Options to include properties from rows. Enter a `MoveRowInclusion[]` or `MoveRowInclusion[]` variable.
* **Ignore Rows Not Found** - If you want to ignore rows not found. Enter a `boolean` or `boolean` variable. If set to true, specifying row Ids that do not exist within the source sheet do not cause an error response.
* **Row Mappings** - The new row mappings. Enter a `RowMappings[]` variable.

## Properties

### Common

* **DisplayName** - The display name of the activity. This field supports only `Strings` or `String` variables.

### Misc

* **Private** - If selected, the values of variables and arguments are no longer logged at Verbose level.

### Output

* **ResponseStatus** - The status of the request (success/failure information). Enter a `ResponseStatus` variable.
