# List Rows

> `UiPath.Smartsheet.Activities.Rows.ListRows`

`UiPath.Smartsheet.Activities.Rows.ListRows`

Uses the Smartsheet [List Rows](https://smartsheet-platform.github.io/api-docs/?csharp#list-rows) API to get a list of rows from Smartsheet.

## How it works

The following steps are an example of how the activity works from design time (i.e., the activity dependencies and input/output properties) to run time.

1. Complete the [Setup](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-setup) steps.
2. Add the [Smartsheet Application Scope](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-scope) activity to your project.
3. Add the **List Rows** activity inside the **Smartsheet Application Scope** activity.
4. Create and enter values for the [Input](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-list-rows#list-rows) properties.
5. Create and enter values for [Output](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-list-rows#list-rows) properties.
6. Create and enter an `ResponseStatus` variable for the [Output](https://docs.uipath.com/activities/other/latest/legacy-integrations/smartsheet-list-rows#list-rows) property.

## In the Body of the Activity

* **SheetId** - The Id of the sheet. Enter an `Int64` or `Int64` variable.
* **RowId** - Filter results to only these rows. Enter a `Int64[]` or `Int64[]` variable.
* **Column IDs** - Filter results to only these columns. Enter a `Int64[]` or `Int64[]` variable.
* **Row Numbers** - Filter results to only these row numbers. Enter a `Int32[]` or `Int32[]` variable.
* **Page** - Which page to return. Enter a `Int32` or `Int32` variable. Defaults to 1 if not specified.
* **Page Size** - The maximum number of items to return per page. Enter a `Int32` or `Int32` variable. Defaults to 100 if not specified
* **Rows** - The rows retrieved. Enter a `Row[]` variable.
