## Configuration

* **Connection** - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.
* **Subject** - The subject of the conversation. This field supports `String` type input.
* **Body text** - The text content of the conversation. This field supports `String` type input.
* **Author name** - The name of the author of the conversation. This field supports `String` type input.
* **URL** - The URL of the conversation. This field supports `String` type input.
* **Contact IDs** - Enter the Intercom ID of an existing contact, which you can retrieve from the output of a Create Contact activity or a Search Contacts activity. This field supports `String` type input.
* **State** - Select the state of the conversation from the available drop-down list: Open, Closed, Snoozed.

### Manage Properties

Use the **Manage Properties** wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the **Properties** panel (in Studio Desktop) or under **Show additional properties** (in Studio Web).

### Additional properties

* **Open** - Whether the conversation is open or closed. Boolean value.
* **Read** - Whether the conversation was read. Boolean value.
* **Priority** - Select the priority of the conversation from the available drop-down list: Priority, Not priority.
* **Tag IDs** - Select one or more tags from the drop-down list or enter tag IDs, in a comma-separated format. This field supports `String` type input.

#### Output

* **Conversation** - Automatically generated output variable.
