## Configuration

* **Connection** - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.
* **Role** - Select the role of the contact: User or Lead.
* **User ID** - The unique user ID of the contact, which is given to Intercom. This field supports `String` type input.
* **Email** - The email of the contact. This field supports `String` type input.
* **Name** - The name of the contact. This field supports `String` type input.
* **Phone** - The phone of the contact. This field supports `String` type input.
* **Country** - The country of the contact. This field supports `String` type input.
* **City** - The city of the contact. This field supports `String` type input.
* **Segment ID** - Select the segment from the available drop-down list or enter the segment's ID.
* This field supports `String` type input.
* **Tag ID** - Select the tag from the available drop-down list or enter the tag's ID. This field supports `String` type input.

### Manage Properties

Use the **Manage Properties** wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the **Properties** panel (in Studio Desktop) or under **Show additional properties** (in Studio Web).
