Reply with an in-app message to an existing conversation as an admin or user.

## Configuration

* **Connection** - The connection established in Integration Service. Access the dropdown menu to choose, add, or manage connections.
* **Conversation ID** - Enter the conversation ID or the most recent conversation from the output of an event trigger.
* **Type** - Select whether the reply is from an admin or a contact. The options available in the drop-down menu are: Admin, User.
* **Text** - The text content of the message. This field supports `String` type input.

### Manage Properties

Use the **Manage Properties** wizard to configure or use any of the object's standard or custom fields. You can select fields to add them to the activity canvas. The added standard or custom fields are available in the **Properties** panel (in Studio Desktop) or under **Show additional properties** (in Studio Web).

### Additional properties

* **Message type** - Select the message type from the available drop-down list: Comment, Note.

#### Output

* **Conversation reply** - Automatically generated output variable.
