Deprecating the Data field for Form-based Actions in audit logs

Correction, April 3, 2026: The Processes service page deprecation has been pushed to October 2026 instead of April 2026.

Starting April 2026, the Data field in audit logs for Form-type Actions will be deprecated. This means that audit logs will show when a Form Action was changed but will not display detailed form data. This applies only to legacy Form Actions. App Actions remain unaffected.
