Agents can escalate to humans through Action Center using escalation apps. To use this feature, configure an escalation app through your agent's guardrails settings. Escalation apps are built in UiPath Apps and define the form and workflow presented to reviewers in Action Center.
This integration supports human-in-the-loop oversight for sensitive decisions, compliance checkpoints, or cases where agent confidence is low.
