Actions that are deleted either through the Action Center UI or by using an API will be permanently cleared after 30 days.

## Upcoming removals

### Removing audit trail actions

Starting with this week, we will be updating the Audit page in Orchestrator. As part of this update, the actions **Assign**, **Unassign**, and **Delete** will still appear in the audit trail, but they will no longer hold any data. It's important to note that this change will not impact the existing data available in the audit trail. The information previously displayed for **Assign**, **Unassign**, and **Delete** is already included in the other actions listed under the **Actions** component.
