Improved the look and feel of the tool tips inside the **Inbox** tab.

### Bug fixes
* Scrolling through the **Assign to user** dropdown list now works as expected.
* You can now see the **Bulk Edit** button when the license allocation warning is displayed.

### What's new

Completing Actions just got easier with fast access to the Actions tab, or a specific Action! You can now embed the following Action Center items into your desired applications or web pages:

* The **Actions** portal
* A specific Action, such as a **Document Validation Action**.
